Gerald Poole

Gerald Poole is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in building and leading technology departments. Currently serving as VP of Technology at Epsilon since August 2009, Gerald Poole developed a Loyalty platform and expanded the team to over 40 members within one year. Prior roles include VP of Core Services at KnowledgeBase Marketing, where Gerald Poole established a new department and transitioned all Core applications, and an Independent Technology Consultant for AG Poole & Associates, where innovative solutions for processing strategies were developed. Previously, Gerald Poole held technology consultant positions at Matrix Resources and Venture Encoding Services, and worked in various development and architecture roles at Leopard Enterprises, Voice Web, and Lawrence Wozny and Associates. Gerald Poole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern State University.
