Molly Deutmeyer

Molly Deutmeyer is currently the Sr. Director of Product Design, Engineering at Epsilon, where they manage UX and development across various platforms. With nearly 20 years of experience in UX and engineering roles, Molly previously established a UX practice at Conversant and created efficient design processes at OutcomesMTM. They also worked as Head of User Experience at Avionos, building in-house UX/UI capabilities. Molly’s educational background includes a B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Northern Iowa, where they continue their studies.
