Nirav Panchal is a seasoned human resources and marketing professional with extensive experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Epsilon since June 2025, Nirav leads tech recruiting strategy and operations, focusing on high-quality hiring outcomes. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Okta, where efforts were centered on promoting the company as a desirable workplace, and a significant tenure at Epsilon India in various capacities related to employer branding and candidate experience. With foundational experience at organizations such as Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and Mahindra & Mahindra, Nirav has developed expertise in digital marketing, social media engagement, and creating long-term employer branding strategies.
