Ryon Lancaster

Ryon Lancaster serves as the Director of Strategic Account Analytics at Epsilon since November 2018, after previously holding the position of Senior Analytics Director at Upshot from October 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities included campaign performance analysis and the development of KPIs. Prior experience includes work as an Analyst at Arc Worldwide, focusing on forecasting promotional campaigns and predictive modeling of consumer behavior. Ryon Lancaster also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago from July 2005 to August 2013, engaging in research, mentorship, and teaching. Ryon Lancaster holds a Ph.D. in Management and Organizations and Sociology from Northwestern University and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Chicago.
