Steven Nowlan

Steven Nowlan is the Senior Vice President of Decision Sciences at Epsilon, where they lead a team focused on developing advanced analytic algorithms for consumer understanding and brand representation. With a strong background in machine learning and analytics, they have a proven track record of transforming innovative ideas into successful software products. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Motorola, including Director of Enablers Research and General Manager, and worked as a Research Fellow at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies. Steven has been awarded 13 patents and has published 28 journal and conference papers in diverse fields such as user interface technology, machine learning, and neuroscience. They earned a PhD in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A.Sc. in Systems Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
