Tim Watson has over two decades of experience in IT and service delivery, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Service Delivery - Application Presentation at Epsilon since February 2013. In this role, Tim leads a team focused on providing external clients with global access to applications and data, with a strong emphasis on Citrix systems. Previously, Tim held various managerial positions within Epsilon, including Sr. Manager of Service Delivery Solutions Consulting and Sr. Manager of System Administration. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Systems Engineer at Joerns Healthcare, Director of Information Technology Support & Operations and Network Specialist at Republic Underwriters Insurance Company, and Network Engineer at Snyder Oil Corporation. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University and an Associate’s Degree in Electronics from Devry University.
