Tom Mathews is an experienced professional in analytical operations and data management, currently serving as Senior Director of Analytical Operations at Epsilon since June 2019, after progressing through various roles including Director and Associate Director of Analytics Operations. Prior experience includes nearly nine years at the Noble Network of Charter Schools, where Tom held the position of Director of Data Infrastructure and Business Intelligence, leading a team to develop warehouse and ETL solutions and implement a live dashboard system for staff across multiple campuses.
