Varsha Singh serves as the Vice President of People Analytics and HR, where they lead the Global People Analytics Center of Excellence to provide actionable workforce and talent insights. Previously, Varsha held roles at Epsilon as a Director and Senior Manager in HR Analytics and Programs, and at ARM as a Talent Acquisition Manager for India and APAC. Their experience also includes a position at SAP as a Recruiter, along with various roles in HR. Varsha is currently pursuing a B.A. in Economics from L.D. Arts College and an MBA in HR from Alliance Business School.
