Xavier Babu

Xavier Babu, Ph.D., is currently the Vice President of AI-based Analytics at Publicis-Epsilon and an Adjunct Professor at both UMASS Lowell and Worcester Polytechnic Institute. A thought leader in the field, they have extensive experience in AI solution development, data analytics, and business operations, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Previously, Xavier held leadership positions at Wipro Technologies, SAS, and Epsilon, where they demonstrated a proven ability to build effective teams and deliver scalable software solutions. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli and completed both an MBA and a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
