Yu Wang

Yu Wang is a Lead Research Scientist in Decision Sciences at Epsilon, where they have applied their expertise in reinforcement learning and variational inference since 2022. Previously, they served as a Data Scientist at Epsilon, implementing machine-learning classifiers and enhancing data analysis methods. Yu also contributed as a Research Associate and Data Analyst with the Penn Wharton Public Policy Initiative from 2016 to 2018, where they focused on optimization models and the feasibility of statistical algorithms. They hold a PhD in Mathematical Statistics and Probability from the University of Notre Dame, as well as a Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree from Beihang University.
