Brad Chapman

Brad Chapman has extensive experience in production management, currently serving as Shift Production Manager at Epsilyte LLC since September 2020. Previously, Brad held various roles at Del Monte Foods, Inc. from April 2003 to April 2020, including Production Superintendent, where responsibilities included coordinating field harvests and managing significant projects for area improvements and new equipment installations. Additional roles included overseeing operations in canning and cooking departments and serving as Maintenance Manager, focusing on maintenance schedules, evaluations, and innovative design in CAD. Brad holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an Associate of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Kishwaukee College.
