Mike Pate

Mike Pate has extensive experience in strategic consulting and technology development, currently serving as a member at TEC Associates since March 2008 and as Manager of Research, Development, and Quality Control at Epsilyte LLC since November 2020. Prior to these roles, Pate held several key positions including Technology Development and QC Manager at Flint Hills Resources and Vice President and General Manager at StyroChem, where responsibilities included profit and loss management for US and Canadian EPS manufacturing companies. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Process Technology at Huntsman and Senior Process Engineer at Costain Engineering, as well as a Project Engineer at Monsanto Ltd. Pate holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng. Hons.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bradford.
