Paul Thompson has a diverse background in the manufacturing industry, starting as a Shop Manager at PENNZOIL 10 MINUTE OIL CHANGE and eventually transitioning to a Production Shift Supervisor at FLINT HILLS RESOURCES Peru, Il (KOCH Industries). With over two decades of experience, Paul's expertise led him to the role of Training and Development Specialist at both Flint Hills Resources and Epsilyte LLC. Paul pursued their education at Illinois Valley Community College and LaSalle Peru Twp High School, graduating with a High School Diploma and studying General Studies.
