Nihal K. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to 2023. They began their career as an Analyst at Servet, where they conducted extensive analysis on payment defaulters and collaborated with engineering teams to implement an automated fraud detection tool. Following this, Nihal worked at Amazon as an AWS Transaction Analyst, conducting thorough analysis projects, designing BI solutions, and automating ETL workflows.

They then gained experience as a Student Patient Care Associate and Residential Security Officer at Northeastern University, where they played a vital role in maintaining the health and safety of the community, enforced housing policies, resolved resident complaints, and ensured a positive living experience for all residents.

Nihal later interned as a Data Analyst at Vtrix, streamlining dashboard monitoring processes and assisting with data analysis and evaluation of important metrics. They continued their journey at Vtrix as a Data Analyst, where they presented real-time KPI dashboards to key stakeholders, implemented an automated anomaly detection model, and accurately forecasted call and chat volumes.

Most recently, Nihal has been employed as a Data Analyst at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where they bring their expertise in data analysis to the role.

Nihal K. obtained a Data Analytics Diploma from IBM in August 2018. In 2021, Nihal enrolled at Northeastern University and pursued a Master of Science degree in Data Analytics Engineering, which was completed in 2022.
