Jim Joy

Jim Joy has extensive experience in operations and management within the medical manufacturing industry. Currently serving as General Manager of the Molding Group at EPTAM Precision Solutions, Inc. since September 2020, Jim previously held significant positions including VP of Operations & COO at RAUMEDIC Inc. from January 2016 to September 2020, and Operations Manager/Site GM at Flextronics Medical from March 2008 to December 2015. Additional roles encompass Engineering Manager and Tooling Engineer at Avail Medical Products and Are-Kay Tool, respectively.
