Scott Horsley

Scott Horsley is a seasoned landscape architect with extensive experience in managing and directing design projects. Currently serving as Managing Principal at EPTDESIGN since January 2020 and as Principal at SHA, inc. Landscape Architecture since February 2016, Scott emphasizes collaboration and collective vision in project development. Prior roles include Studio Director at EPT DESIGN, Inc. from April 2002 to February 2016, and Branch Manager at ValleyCrest Companies from April 2000 to April 2002. Scott's career began in the United States Air Force, where service was rendered as an Airman First Class from 1989 to 1992. Scott holds a B.S. degree in Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed between 1992 and 1996.
