Jeremiah Hover

Jeremiah Hover serves as the Alliances Manager at Eptura since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in occupancy and account management from previous roles at JLL, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Occupancy Management and Global Transition Lead. Jeremiah has held key positions at Prudential Financial, overseeing the development of an internal occupancy management practice, and at Jones Lang LaSalle, managing strategic occupancy planning for a significant international portfolio. Other notable roles include Vice President of Workplace Strategy at HSBC, Senior Strategic Planner at NELSON, and Facility Capital Manager at Starbucks. Jeremiah holds a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Planning and Management along with an A.A.S. in Architectural Technology from Ferris State University.
