EPYC Proyectos y Construcciones was born from a single realization, in a park in Stockholm in 2007: industrial and real estate projects in Costa Rica deserved the same rigor, transparency, and methodology the world's most demanding markets take for granted.
Since 2008, that conviction has been tested — through complex free trade zone projects, through design-build work, and through a period of rapid growth that outpaced our own structure and forced a complete rebuild of how we operate. We don't hide that chapter. It's why EPYC today runs on process, not improvisation.
We operate across three integrated lines:
— EPYC Consulting: Owner's Representative services, design and construction management, and investment-grade real estate development.
— EPYC Constructora: general contracting and specialty MEP execution for free trade zone expansions across Coyol, La Lima, and Evolution Free Zone.
— EPYC Solutions: electrical products and engineered systems that strengthen our technical edge on every project.
All three run on EPYC Nagare — our proprietary methodology integrating Lean Construction, TQM, and PMI/PMBOK frameworks, refined through nearly two decades of real project experience, including our own hardest lessons.
Our 2030 vision: to be Costa Rica's benchmark Owner's Representative for advanced manufacturing, medical devices, and life sciences — a trusted partner from concept through commissioning.
We measure ourselves by the quality of the work, not the size of the company. Growth, when it comes, is the consequence.
