Aaron Murphy has over 17 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Network Support Manager at epyx Ltd. since October 2006. In this role, Aaron leads the Network Support (1st line) team, primarily assisting the garage community for the 1link Service Network, while also offering general support for all 1link products. As a Product Specialist, responsibilities include conducting training seminars, implementing systems for new customers, managing product queries, and involvement in software delivery using Agile/SCRUM methodology.
