We are a hub for developing social intelligence for teams, partners, and clients with our training, coaching and community exchange. Therefore we organize events, business coaching, and emotional intelligence training on an 1:1 level to motivate and improve our EQ (Emotional Intelligence after Daniel Goleman) as a form of personal development. Together we take leadership about our own emotions, our ego and our feelings, just as we are learning to handle the emotions of other people in order to be excellent leader, trainer and partner. We use gamification and interactive simulations to learn and improve our emotional skills. 

As a Lab, we experiment with the impact of EQ in multiple disciplines of life to achieve our goals combining IQ and EQ.
