Jeff Lorenz

Jeff Lorenz is an experienced professional in asset management and capital markets, currently serving as Director of Asset Management at EQ Office since October 2016, after initially holding the position of Manager in the same field. Prior to that role, Jeff worked as Vice President in the Midwest Capital Markets Group at JLL, focusing on CBD office investment sales from May 2015 to October 2016. Jeff's prior experience includes a managerial role in Investments & Capital Markets at General Growth Properties and a Senior Associate position in the Commercial Conduit Group at LaSalle Bank, specializing in CMBS securitizations. Jeff began a career in the financial sector as a Mortgage Banker at Chicago Bancorp. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University, earned from 2000 to 2004.
