Morgan Monroe

Morgan Monroe is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and portfolio management. Currently serving as Vice President of Leasing at Perform Properties since May 2025, Morgan has also held the position of Vice President of Leasing and Director of Leasing at EQ Office (now Perform Properties) from February 2022. Prior to this, Morgan was the Director of Mid-Atlantic Leasing at Columbia Property Trust, overseeing a 4.5 million square foot office portfolio, and Director of Agency Leasing at Newmark Knight Frank, leading a top-producing brokerage team managing an 11 million square foot office portfolio in Washington, D.C. Morgan began the career as a Senior Research Associate at CoStar Group. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Mississippi and participation in the Innsbruck International Summer School.
