Prior experience includes a role as Manager of IT Solutions at NJ State Police from December 2000 to April 2003, and consulting positions at Frontier Systems and TCS between 1996 and 2000. Gauri Gujarathi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from both COEP Technological University and Savitribai Phule Pune University, attained from 1991 to 1995.
