Daniel Leiro

Daniel Leiro has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as Gestor de Proyectos I+D+i at EQA since October 2014, overseeing I+D+i files under RD 1432/2003 and UNE 166.001:2006. Prior roles include Project Engineer and Site Manager at APLICA Peru / TCPavements, where Daniel focused on institutional relations, team training and leadership, as well as customer advisory. Daniel's background also includes civil engineering at Arkhos Ingeniería, where responsibilities encompassed structural design, technical-economic feasibility, and construction supervision, and a position at Evalue Innovación managing and coordinating both individual and cooperative R&D projects. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Concrete Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València and multiple degrees from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, including a degree in Public Works Engineering and postgraduate qualifications in risk prevention and soil analysis.
