Utpal Datta is a seasoned technology leader with over 30 years of experience in delivering innovative technology solutions for both large enterprises and startups. As the CTO and Head of Engineering at Leaderscapecorp since 2019, they focus on building an Organizational Intelligence Platform utilizing Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI techniques. Currently, Utpal also serves as an Adjunct Faculty at Southern New Hampshire University, teaching courses in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, and Agile Software Development.
