Michael Koch

Michael Koch has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Michael has worked at EQI Ltd., where they held the positions of VP of Operations, VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering, Business Unit Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Senior Quality Engineer since 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson Controls Automotive as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Sr. Engineer) from 2011 to 2012. Michael also worked at Compass Automotive Group, where they held roles such as Quality & Lean Systems Manager, Lean Systems & Finishing Operations Manager, and Lean Systems Manager from 2007 to 2011. Their earliest work experience was at Alcoa, where they worked as an Alcoa Business System (Lean) Manager, Quality Supervisor, Quality Engineer II, Quality Engineer, and Sr. Quality Technician from 1999 to 2007.

Michael Koch has a diverse education history, characterized by a range of degrees and certifications. Michael began their educational journey in 1995 at Baker College Business and Corporate Services, where they pursued an Associates degree in Drafting and Design Technology. Michael successfully completed this program in 1997.
