Mingyang Liang

Mingyang Liang has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mingyang started their career in 2005 at Carraro Group as Deputy Production Manager, where they were responsible for staff management, machining process design, and cost estimation. Mingyang then moved on to stihl qingdao as a Continuous Improvement Manager from 2009 to 2011. Mingyang joined Andreas STIHL in 2009 as an Assembly Manager, where they managed assembly teams, ensured product quality, and implemented continuous improvement initiatives. At Huhtamaki, they worked as a Continuous Improvement professional from 2016 to 2017. Mingyang also held positions at Healthy Breath Ltd as an Operations Manager and Production Manager, and at Accucam as Vice President of Global Operations and General Manager. Mingyang is currently the VP of Machining at EQI Ltd.

Mingyang Liang completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Changchun University of Technology from 1998 to 2002. Mingyang further pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering Project Management from the University of Leeds from 2003 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Mingyang Liang obtained the designation of Chartered Engineer from the Engineering Council in November 2015. Mingyang also acquired the membership of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) as a Member (MIET) in October 2013.
