Roman Drach

Roman Drach is the current Chief Technology Officer at EQIBank since March 2021, where Roman oversees the bank's technology landscape and its strategic evolution. Prior to this role, Roman held various positions such as Deputy CTO and Senior Manager at EQIBank. In addition, Roman is also the Co-founder and CEO of Launch & Scale since November 2018, focusing on bridging the gap between business and technology. With a background in software engineering and project management, Roman has experience working at companies such as Bitfury, GlobalLogic, Luxoft, Comodo, CDM A/S, Hostopia, and GeeksForLess. Roman holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nacional'nij Universitet 'Kievo-Mogiljans'ka Akademija'.
