Igor Putrenko has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Igor is the Founder and CEO of Eqip, a leading vendor of enterprise talent-tech solutions. In their role, they oversee the development and management of a comprehensive workforce engine with full source-to-retire automation cycle. Prior to this, Igor served as a Cofounder and Managing Director at Talentory AG from 2010 to 2015. Igor also held the position of Global Sourcing & Vendor Relationship Manager at ING from 2008 to 2010, where they were responsible for overall governance and implementation of the end-to-end sourcing and procurement organization. Before that, they were the Head Supply Chain Operations at Credit Suisse from 2005 to 2008. Igor has also worked in various roles at Holcim, Bykoncept Canada, Sybase Inc., and The National Bank Of The Republic Of Belarus, gaining experience in procurement, program management, project management, and software engineering. Additionally, Igor is an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council since 2022.

Igor Putrenko obtained their Masters degree in Computer Science from Belarusian National Technical University from 1993 to 1997. In 2006 and 2007, they attended Credit Suisse Business School for studying Organizational Leadership, although it does not specify if they completed a degree program. Additionally, from 1997 to 1998, Igor studied Business/Corporate Communications at Minsk State Linguistic University.
