Simon Rosenberg

Simon Rosenberg is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and growth advisory across various industries. Currently serving as the Fractional Executive - Head of Operations at EQL, Simon aids in strategic execution for an ecommerce platform. Since 2018, Simon has been providing growth advisory and operational support to startups, private equity, and family offices through SDR Advisory & Consulting. Additionally, Simon is a facilitator and mentor for the ambitious 30X30 Program at LaunchVic, aimed at helping Victorian scale-ups achieve unicorn status. Past roles include Chief Operating Officer at Adventus.io, a board member for Sieu Viet Group and OFS, and various advisory positions. An alumnus of Monash University with a degree in Law/Commerce, Simon's expertise spans executive team coaching, operational planning, organizational design, and M&A integration.
