Will Downing

Will Downing is the Vice President at Thoma Bravo, where they focus on investing in leading software and technology businesses across Europe. They currently serve as a Supervisory Board Member at EQS Group and hold board positions at LOGEX and other companies. Previously, Will was involved with several organizations, including AxiomSL, Instructure, and Ellie Mae, which all underwent significant acquisitions. Will gained experience in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and continues their education while contributing to the private equity sector.
