André Serpa

André Serpa, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Liquidity Management at EQT Group, having progressed from Associate Director and Vice President since March 2022. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate at BlackRock from February 2020 to March 2022, and several positions at The Citco Group Limited, where responsibilities included private equity accounting and managing large portfolios. Prior to that, André worked at Societe Generale Securities Services focused on private equity and real estate fund accounting, and held various analyst positions at BTG Pactual, dealing with collateral management and liquidity analysis. Early career experience includes a private equity valuation internship at Gávea Investimentos and a macroeconomics research internship at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. André holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from FGV and has also studied at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
