J.e.b. Bolen

J.E.B. Bolen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. J.E.B. started their career in 1996 as a Machinist Mate in the US Navy, where they were responsible for watchkeeping and maintenance in a naval nuclear power plant. After serving in the Navy, they joined the United States Marine Corps in 2002, where they held multiple roles including Officer, Assistant Operations Officer, and Aviation Weapons and Tactics Instructor. In 2012, they transitioned to BP as a Drilling Engineer of the Future, working on well workover planning and operations. J.E.B. later became a Drilling Engineer and implemented significant cost-saving changes. In 2015, they joined Rice Energy as a Senior Operations Engineer and later became an Operations Planning Manager, responsible for coordinating upstream operations and CAPEX implementation. In 2018, they joined Shalennial Group as a Director of Upstream Development. Currently, they are working at EQT Corporation, initially as a Vice President of Operations Planning and currently as a Senior Vice President of Operations Planning.

J.E.B. Bolen began their education in 1993 at Giddings High School, completing their studies in 1996. J.E.B. then pursued higher education at the United States Naval Academy from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Control Systems Engineering. In 2016, after a substantial gap in education, Bolen enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. J.E.B. completed their studies in 2017 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Executive MBA.
