Lance Faidley

Lance Faidley, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Lance started their career at Michael Baker International in 2011 as a TCI III Construction Inspector, where they successfully reconstructed 400 miles of roadway in less than 1.5 years while ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

Faidley then joined CONSOL Energy in 2014 as a Rotation Engineer, where they managed the Virginia data optimization team and focused on reducing well cycle time. Lance gained knowledge in wet and dry gas facilities construction and operations, setting up gas processing units with ESDs and telemetry communication. Lance also worked as a Lead Associate Drilling Engineer, performing various cement and casing jobs and developing expertise in directional drilling and fishing strategies.

In 2016, Faidley joined CNX as a Senior Engineer/Project Manager, overseeing full life cycle project management for large infrastructure projects. Lance generated revenue from third-party companies and implemented internal standards for water and steel line construction methods.
