Projects Coordinator And Head Of Office at Equal Access

Baba Diaby has extensive work experience in various organizations and roles. Baba started their career as a Cordinator for the Coalition RAIDH, where they coordinated program activities and implemented the communication strategy. Baba then moved on to work as the Director for the Center for the Promotion of Non-Violence and Democratic Culture (CNVD), where they managed the program, coordinated training and advocacy activities, and established strategic partnerships. Baba later joined ONUCI as a Public Information and Outreach Assistant, monitoring the electoral process, organizing meetings and seminars, and providing reports on political developments. Baba also worked as a Program Development Officer (PDO) for AECOM Development International and CHEMONICS International/Cote d'Ivoire, where they designed and implemented projects, developed grants, and monitored progress. Baba gained expertise in stabilization, countering/preventing violent extremism, and peace-building while working as an Expert for OnFrontiers. Most recently, Baba served as the Head of Office and Governance Lead for the Resilience for Peace Project at Equal Access International, where they were responsible for managing the office, ensuring resource management, and facilitating financial and programmatic reporting.

Baba Diaby's education history begins in 1999 when they enrolled at Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature until 2000. Baba continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in the same field from 2000 to 2001.

Later, from 2001 to 2003, Baba Diaby pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication, général at Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Communication, General at Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny/CERCOM from 2005 to 2006.

Additionally, Baba Diaby has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In August 2018, they obtained the "Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA)" certification from UNDP. In December 2020, they obtained certifications in "Building Resilience" from the Project Management Institute, "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn, "Personal Safety and Security Certificate Program" from Save the Children International, and "Project Management Foundations" from the Project Management Institute.
