Michael Barluk

Michael Barluk is the Senior Practice Director at Equal Access International, where they provide expertise in program design and implementation. Prior to this, Michael served as Senior Director at Nickol Global Solutions, managing a Democracy, Rights, and Governance Portfolio. Their extensive experience includes roles as Director of Governance Programs at Counterpart International and Sector Director of Governance at Tetra Tech, overseeing significant USAID-funded projects. Michael has also held senior advisory positions in the Canadian Government, including Chief of Staff to various Ministers. They are currently pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communications at the University of Ottawa.
