Kayla Nilson

Kayla Nilson is currently the International Banana Supply Chain Manager at Equal Exchange, where they manage the fresh produce supply chain and lead banana marketing content creation. Prior to this role, Kayla served as a Banana Supply Chain Coordinator at Equal Exchange, overseeing orders, distribution strategies, and customs documentation. Between 2018 and 2021, they gained experience as a Deli Clerk at Trucchi's Supermarkets and worked as a Peer Tutor and Writing Consultant at Salve Regina University. Kayla holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature and Global Studies, both from Salve Regina University.
