Justine Keller

Justine Keller is a dynamic leader in the non-profit sector with extensive experience in event management and strategic development. Currently serving as the Director of Operations & Development at Equal Voice, they drive national programming and secure significant funding to engage people in women's political leadership. Previously, Justine managed events and stakeholder engagement at Build a Dream, executing over 30 large-scale events, and co-founded The Mama Expo, showcasing their ability to innovate and lead in high-energy environments. Before these roles, they owned and operated Love the Bump as a birth doula, where they honed their skills in client management and crisis navigation. Justine holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Guelph.
