Zherwin Acosta

Zherwin Acosta is the Head of Operations and Animal Welfare at EQUAL, a charity focused on Animal-Assisted Learning/Services (AAL/S) for various populations. With extensive experience as an Equestrian Official for the Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI) since 2006, Zherwin Acosta has held multiple roles, including Level 1 Jumping Judge and Level 3 Steward for Eventing, and has served as an International Technical Official at prestigious events such as the Tokyo 2020 and Beijing 2008 Olympics. Previous positions include FEI World Cup SEA League Coordinator and Secretary General for the South East Asian Equestrian Federation. Zherwin Acosta has a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of the Philippines and a solid background in equestrian management and veterinary practices.
