Jeff Waters

Jeff Waters serves as the Managing Director at Equalis LLC since October 2017, where responsibilities include predictive and numerical analysis software development for various vertical markets and new product development. Concurrently, Jeff Waters has been a Test & Development Consultant for Electric Machines at Dayton-Phoenix Group, Inc. since January 2011, focusing on enhancing motor testing systems and developing IoT-based monitoring solutions. As the Owner and Director of Jeff Waters Consulting since 1996, notable work includes clinical research on athletic contact patterns and inverted runner economy. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Engineering at Drive Tech from 1994 to 1996, where work involved the development of advanced induction machines. Jeff Waters holds a DSc in Health Science from the Adam Smith Institute and a BS in Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
