Equalitas is a teacher training provider committed to transforming education through rigorous, connected and purposeful development.

We have supported thousands of trainees to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), working in partnership with a national network of schools to deliver school-led training. Equalitas is a Department for Education accredited provider, recognised for preparing teachers who make a lasting difference in the classroom.

Our approach is rooted in a Community of Transformers. Trainees, tutors, subject experts, partner schools and alumni work together with a shared moral purpose. This collective focus creates a training experience that is academically grounded, practice focused and built for impact.

Our programmes include:

- Primary Teacher Training
- Secondary Teacher Training
- Early Years Initial Teacher Training (EYITT)
- Assessment Only route to QTS
- Level 5 SEND Specialist Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship

Our accreditation team brings experience across teaching and leadership. Partner schools play a central role, providing mentoring and immersion in classroom practice from the outset.

Whether you are a graduate, a career changer or an experienced educator, Equalitas offers clear, structured routes into teaching and progression within the profession.
