Roberta Osorio

Roberta Osorio is an experienced administrator in secondary independent school education, currently serving as the Director of Post-Placement Counseling at Prep for Prep and Co Director at People of Color in Independent Schools (POCIS-NY). They have held various leadership roles, including Middle School Academic Dean at Convent of the Sacred Heart and Assistant Dean of Students at Noble and Greenough School. Roberta holds a Master of Education focused on Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Columbia University. They continue to contribute to the field through their current position as Board Chair at Equality Charter School.
