Jolin Joseph

Jolin Joseph is a feminist researcher and facilitator with ten years of experience in advancing gender equity through community and academic research, policy analysis, and program evaluation. They currently serve as the Manager of Learning and Impact at the Equality Fund and have previously held roles at YWCA Canada as Manager of Research, Education, and Knowledge Mobilisation. Jolin has a Doctor of Philosophy in Gender, Feminist and Women's Studies from York University, where they also contributed as a Research Associate and Course Instructor. Additionally, Jolin earned a Master of Arts in Political Economy from the University of Warwick and holds a P.G. Diploma in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
