Julia Middleton is the founder of Women Emerging and a campaigner dedicated to changing the landscape of leadership for women. Julia hosts the Women Emerging podcast and is the best-selling author of “If That's Leading, I’m In,” along with two earlier works. Julia spent nearly thirty years as the founder and Chief Executive of Common Purpose, one of the largest leadership development organizations globally. Julia currently serves on the board of trustees for Equality Now and is a trustee at Alfanar, as well as advising organizations in Brazil and Pakistan. Julia was educated at the London School of Economics and has spent her life advocating for inclusive leadership development.
