Andy Gough

Andy Gough serves as the Group Managing Director at eQuality Solutions since December 2020, also overseeing the Disability Support Division. Gough held multiple leadership roles at Invate, Learning Labs UK, and e-Quality Learning from January 2018 to February 2023. Prior to these positions, Gough was the General Manager at Datawright, contributing to financial performance as part of the KCS Executive team. An extensive career at Orchard Information Systems spanned from 1996 to December 2013, where Gough advanced through various sales and management roles, achieving recognition for consistent sales success and team leadership. Earlier experience at Sage included leadership in software development and customer support. Gough earned a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from De Montfort University.
