Michael Hall is the current CEO of eQuality Solutions, a group of diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing specialists. Previously, Michael served as the CFO at Cognassist and Maxim Facilities Management Ltd, as well as the Director of a Business Consultancy. With a background in banking, Michael started their career at Barclays as a Corporate Banker. Michael is a graduate of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
