Lamont Baldwin, MFA has accumulated a diverse range of work experience in the field of video production. Lamont'smost recent position is as Chief Video Editor at equalpride, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, Lamont worked as a Producer/Editor at Microsoft from February 2021 to September 2022. Lamont also served as a Video Producer at Perry Street Software (SCRUFF & Jack'd) from February 2020 to October 2021 and as a Creative Producer at Jetson from November 2020 to March 2021. Lamont’s previous roles include Digital Video Producer at SLAY TV from January 2016 to March 2021, Digital Content Producer at MPR Fitness from April 2019 to December 2019, Lead Videographer at TEDxFultonStreet in July 2019, Television Production Instructor at Richmond Public Schools from July 2016 to August 2018, Camera Operator at TEDxFultonStreet in September 2016, and TV Center College Assistant at Brooklyn College from August 2014 to July 2016.

Lamont Baldwin, MFA completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Norfolk State University in 2013. Lamont then pursued their Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Television Production from Brooklyn College, which they obtained in 2016.
