Ben McRedmond

Ben McRedmond is the CPO and co-founder of Equals. Ben has over eight years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on product management and growth. Prior to Equals, Ben was the CEO and co-founder of Consider, where they led the company's product team and played a substantial role in the company's growth from $1 to $50M in ARR. Ben has also worked as the Senior Director of Growth at Intercom, where they founded Intercom's product-focused growth team. Under their leadership, the team achieved multi-million dollar ARR impact and grew to 30 members.

Ben McRedmond reports to Bobby Pinero, CEO & Co-Founder. Ben McRedmond works with Jamie Osler - Head of Engineering, Martin Rariga - Founding Designer, and Abbey Minondo - Business Operations.
