Andrew Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew started their career in 2000 as a Java developer at Eldon Technologies. From 2003 to 2008, Andrew worked at The Funding Corporation, progressing from a Web Developer to a Senior Systems Developer. During this time, they took ownership of various projects, including a secured loans workflow system and a .NET finance document production web service. In 2008, Andrew joined Card One Money as a Technical Architect, overseeing the architecture and development of their banking platform. Andrew later took on the role of Head of Technology and Development, shaping the future of the business. Andrew joined Equals in 2017, first as the Chief Information Officer and then as the Chief Technology Officer from 2019 onwards.
Andrew Phillips has a Master of Science in Information Technology and Management from Keele University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2003. Andrew also has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science BSc (with Mathematics to year 2) from Keele University, which they earned from 1999 to 2002. In addition, they have a Certified Ethical Hacker certification from ECCouncil, achieved in 2010.
