Malcolm MacLean

Malcolm Maclean has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Malcolm started their career as an English Teacher at FunOrg, where they taught English to Chinese children. Malcolm then worked as a River Tour Guide and Salesman at Scudamore's Punting Company. After that, they worked as a Talent Scout and Summer Consultant at Cornerstone Global Partners. Malcolm gained experience as a Junior Software Developer at FairFX, where they also worked on the dealing floor. Malcolm also had a role as an Assistant Product Manager at Equals. Malcolm then joined St Aloysius' College as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant, where they created successful workshops that were used in schools across Scotland. Currently, they work at Equals Money as a Platform Product Lead.

Malcolm Maclean earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Glasgow between the years 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended Hills Road Sixth Form College from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and English Literature. In addition to their formal education, Malcolm has obtained a certification as an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2022.
